This website provides buyer-side information about property research, advisory, on-ground support and transaction coordination across Coimbatore and the Nilgiris. It is not a property listing marketplace, developer portal or law-firm website.
Reading the website, sending an enquiry or receiving general information does not by itself create a paid service engagement, agency authority, lawyer-client relationship or other professional engagement.
If Aadhan Property Concierge accepts a service engagement, the exact tasks, geography, deliverables, timing, fees, expenses, exclusions and authority should be agreed separately. Website descriptions are not a substitute for that engagement scope.
Legal, survey, engineering, valuation, tax / FEMA, lending and other regulated / specialist work remains with the independently responsible professional or authority unless separately and lawfully engaged.
The buyer remains responsible for purchase, payment, negotiation-approval, professional-appointment and risk-acceptance decisions. Aadhan may assist and coordinate within scope but does not bind the buyer unless explicit authority has been separately agreed.
Aadhan aims to research and maintain useful information, but property records, laws, planning, infrastructure, government processes and individual property facts can change. Transaction decisions should use current property-specific evidence.
Links to government portals, maps, messaging services, professional websites and other third-party sources are provided for context or navigation. Those services are operated independently and may have their own terms and policies.
